  • Display Name/Username: You may provide a display name or username to identify yourself on leaderboards and within the Service.
  • Race Picks and Predictions: We collect the race picks, predictions, and selections you submit through the Service.
  • Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information such as the contents of your message and any attachments you send.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device, including device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, pages viewed, time spent in the app, and other analytics data.

Account Deletion: When you delete your account, we will immediately delete your personal data (phone number, display name, and other identifying information). However, your race picks may be retained in anonymized form to maintain the integrity of historical leaderboards and statistical data. Anonymized picks cannot be traced back to you.

Legal Retention: We may retain certain information for longer periods if required by law, such as transaction records for tax purposes or data needed to resolve disputes.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:
