How to Delete Your Account
We value your privacy and make it easy to delete your account and all associated personal data. To delete your Pitlandia account, please follow these steps within the mobile app:
- Open the Pitlandia app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Settings page by tapping the profile icon and then the settings gear.
- Find the "Delete My Data" button at the bottom of the Settings page.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Happens When You Delete Your Data?
When you confirm the deletion of your account:
- Your personal information, including your phone number and display name, will be removed from our databases within 30 days.
- Your active session will be terminated.
- Your race picks and predictions may be retained in an anonymized form to maintain the integrity of historical leaderboards and statistical data. These anonymized records cannot be traced back to you.
