How do I submit race picks?

Open the Pitlandia app, navigate to the Races tab, select an upcoming race, and tap "Submit Pick" to choose your predicted winner. Picks must be submitted before the pick deadline (usually race start time).

Can I change my pick after submitting?

Yes! You can edit your pick anytime before the pick deadline. Go to the race detail page and tap "Edit Pick".

What are the subscription tiers?

Pitlandia offers three annual subscription tiers (Yellow, Green, and Purple) that unlock premium features including unlimited race picks, a supporter badge on your profile, and help fund new video content. Choose the tier that best fits your support level.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

• iOS: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Pitlandia → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Open Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Pitlandia → Cancel Subscription

You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final per our Terms of Service. However, in certain circumstances where required by law, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact us at legal@pitlandia.com within 7 days of your purchase.

I didn't receive my login code

If you didn't receive an SMS login code:

• Check that you entered the correct phone number
• Wait a few minutes - SMS delivery can sometimes be delayed
• Make sure your phone has cellular signal
• Try requesting a new code
• If issues persist, contact us at support@pitlandia.com

How is the leaderboard calculated?

Points are awarded based on pick performance. Correct picks earn points, and your total points determine your leaderboard position. View detailed scoring rules on our Rules page.

How do I delete my account?
